1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and use vip15, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period you hold an account:

- You must not already hold an active or suspended vip15 account. Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per shared device or IP address.

- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or family member of a current employee of vip15 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.
- You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All vip15 accounts must be opened and operated solely by the registered account holder for their own personal use.
vip15 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time. Players who fail to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may have their accounts suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending review.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full vip15 platform you must register a personal account by providing a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and creating a secure password. Registration is free. By completing registration, you confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 above.
Your Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your password with any other person.
- You must notify vip15 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. vip15 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- vip15 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these terms.
- Account balances held in a suspended or closed account will be reviewed and, where no breach has been established, returned to the account holder via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
KYC Verification
vip15 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. Players may be required to submit identity documents — such as a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification — before a withdrawal is processed. vip15 will handle all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
vip15 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfer. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳10. vip15 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposit Conditions
- All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and the account reviewed.
- Deposits are credited to your vip15 account balance in real time in most cases. If a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes, contact vip15 support with your transaction reference number.
- vip15 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any deposit pending verification where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of these terms.
- Deposits made using a bonus-linked promotional code are subject to the bonus terms applicable to that promotion, which may include a minimum deposit amount greater than the standard minimum.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit; however, vip15 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments.
- Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements. A player must meet the applicable rollover condition before any bonus balance or winnings generated from bonus play can be withdrawn.
- Processing times for withdrawals are typically under 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. vip15 is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient payment provider.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
vip15 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:
- All bonuses are credited automatically to your account balance on a qualifying deposit unless otherwise stated. No bonus code is required unless a specific promotion explicitly requires one.
- Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. - Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, bonus abuse, collusion, or any other mechanism designed to systematically extract value from promotional offers will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived funds.
6. Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Fair Use

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if vip15 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. vip15's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Amendments to These Terms
vip15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vip15 will update the effective date at the top of this page. Where changes are particularly significant, vip15 may also notify registered players via their account dashboard or registered mobile number.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.
